We ship Australia wide, unfortunately our courier partners can’t deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. We also don’t offer international shipping at this time.

We offer flat rate shipping for $10 Australia wide.

We pack and send orders daily excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order ships, it should arrive within 5-7 days. As a rule of thumb, delivery is quicker the closer you are to our backyard.

We’ll send you a tracking number in your delivery confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. From there you should receive a notification from the courier on the day your order is arriving.

If you live locally and would prefer to pick up - just tick click and collect at checkout and pop by the brewery during opening hours.

The brewery is open for click and collect Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. In the rare circumstance we aren’t here, we will try notify you in advance.

Ventura supports the responsible sale and consumption of alcohol including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a pub the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.

This also means by law we aren’t permitted to offer same day delivery.
