A special collaboration between local Northern Rivers breweries Earth Beer Company and Ventura Brewing.
The Aussie bush is full of tucker and old mate Baz the Black Cockatoo knows how to source the good stuff! This unique sour beer features a native smorgasbord of saltbush, pepper berry and davidson plums, delivering a balance of salty, sour and subtle spice for a seriously refreshing drop!
These native bush ingredients all contain a good dose of electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, calcium & magnesium, adding to this beer's hydralyte nature. However we wouldn't recommend trading it for a good old glass of water. Brewed in collaboration with our good mates Earth Beer Co, just 18km down the way as the Cockatoo flies.
